When OmniFocus 3 came out, I did the same.
OMNIFOCUS SUBPROJECTS UPGRADE
When OmniFocus 2 came out, I bought an upgrade on launch day. When I later got an iPad, I gulped at the price and then bought OF for it, too. I want to be able to hop around and pick individual sub-projects to view alone, but spend most of my time in the master view. OmniFocus was one of the earliest purchases for my first iPhone. I know Sections is one workaround, as is using a filter with #parent, but neither is quite right. I seem to remember I used to be able to do this in Todoist, but can't figure out how now that I'm back to it. In OmniFoucs, this is easily accomplished by having multiple projects live inside of a parent Folder, and clicking that folder. I want to click the parent project and view all of the sub-projects in one flow on the right side, AND view their substituent tasks and subtasks at the same time.

Completed Task Report Omnifocus Plugin 19 A Omni Automation plugin bundle for Omnifocus that generates a list of completed tasks (and can send it to Day One or Drafts). For the last few years I have been using OmniFocus, but am switching back because I missed many things about the Todoist flow. I love Todoist and have used it for a while.
